Tutor Time Reflection Books
This reflection and wellbeing journal is a way for you to reflect on what is happening in your life and your academic progress as we go through the year. At the end of the year you can look back to see your successes and challenges you have overcome.
…Of the fortnight
This offers a challenge word, a quote, a song of the week and an inspirational person of the fortnight. This can help to widen your horizons. There are QR codes to take you to more information about each of the people or to the YouTube Video for the song.
Let me Tell you about Reflection
In this section you are being given the space to reflect on the “Let Me Tell You About” activity you have completed in tutor time that fortnight. There are sentence starters to prompt your notetaking for each section.

Academic Reflection
Every half term you will be asked to complete a PR type activity where you grade yourself on your independent learning and directed learning, the same way that your teachers do. This can then be compared to your PR when you meet with your tutor to complete your Academic Tutoring Report.
You will also be asked to think about what you have been learning about, and the challenges you have faced.
PR Reflection
When your Progress Reviews are released, you will be asked to reflect on what the PR shows relating to your academic progress as well as your contributions to college life.
